Information About Our Air Filters The Multi-Pleat ExcelAir furnace filters and HVAC filters are made with electrostatically charged
synthetic media. The furnace filters and HVAC filters are MERV 8 rated according to ASHRAE 52.2 standards. The l" and 2" deep filters use 24 point beverage board while the 4" deep filters
are made with 28 point beverage board.
The pleated media is bonded to expanded metal, which is coated with a rust inhibitor. The entire inner surface of the frame is coated with adhesive to encapsulate the pleated media pack
and prevent air bypass and provide rigidity.The ExcelAir furnace filters and HVAC filters are a high performance filter. The media is
electrostatically charged. Each furnace filter and HVAC filter will last up to three months. The
media will not support the growth of bacteria or mold. Our furnace filters and HVAC filters are an excellent replacement for your air conditioner filters and furnace filters.
