The HealthMate HEGA is excellent for homes and offices
up to 1500 sq. ft. In addition to True Medical HEPA, the HealthMate HEGA contains the same military cloth (HEGA - High Efficiency Gas Adsorption) as the Allergy Machine. The HEPA filtration removes a wide variety of contaminants including
dust, pollens, pet dander, mold spores, and some bacteria and viruses, while the carbon cloth (HEGA) removes gases and odors. The HealthMate HEGA is highly effective in removing
tobacco smoke. The only difference between the HealthMate HEGA and the Allergy
Machine is that the HealthMate HEGA is available in white, black, and sandstone while the Allergy Machine is only available in silver only.
