Return Policy
In order to initiate the process of a return, please call us toll-free at 1-888-774-9770 to receive a return authorization number. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without this return authorization number on the label. Custom sized filters and bedding may not be returned. All items returned must be insured and include a copy of the original receipt. Return postage cannot be refunded.
